Requirements:

• A minimum of 4 years of legal experience, with at least 3 years of personal injury-related experience (plaintiff or defense side).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple cases and a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients and other legal professionals confidently.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of Arizona.
