Job Overview:

The Mid-Level Immigration Associate Attorney will manage a caseload of EB-5 immigration matters. They will provide exceptional client service and communicate effectively with clients throughout the immigration process.

Duties:

  • Manage a caseload of EB-5 immigration matters, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all tasks.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to immigration laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and file immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documentation with government agencies.
  • Communicate with clients to provide updates on case status and answer any questions or concerns.
  • Represent clients in immigration interviews and hearings, as necessary.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case management.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience, specifically in EB-5 immigration work.
  • Excellent client service and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong case management abilities, including prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Well-developed organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Advanced writing and analytical skills, with the ability to draft complex legal documents and analyze legal issues.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the bar in New Jersey (admission to the bar in other states is a plus).

Certifications:

  • Certification in immigration law (preferred but not required).
