A law firm in Washington, DC is seeking a Mid-level Privacy and Cybersecurity Associate Attorney with 3-7 years of experience to join their team. The candidate will play a significant role in the firm's practice, assisting leading technology companies in navigating complex cybersecurity regulations. Duties:

• Provide counsel on incident response procedures
• Offer cyber counseling to clients
• Stay abreast of FTC, SEC, or state AG policy and enforcement related to cybersecurity
• Collaborate with the team on legal strategies and solutions

Requirements:

• 3-7 years of experience in privacy and cybersecurity law
• Superior academic credentials
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Familiarity with incident response procedures and cybersecurity regulations
• Experience with FTC, SEC, or state AG policy and enforcement is desirable

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar
