  • Assist clients in navigating regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to industry laws and guidelines.
  • Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to stay current with healthcare regulations and trends.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategic approaches tailored to client needs and to enhance service delivery.
  • Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and responsive service.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of substantial experience in healthcare transactional law, with a focus on mergers, acquisitions, and private equity transactions.
  • A strong interest in healthcare issues and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, with superior legal research and analytical capabilities.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, demonstrating the ability to work independently and creatively to address client needs.
  • Bar membership in good standing in the jurisdiction where you intend to practice.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the CA Bar is required.
