Mid-Level Finance Associate Attorney

A law firm is seeking a Mid-Level Finance Associate Attorney for their Cherry Hill, NJ office.

Job Overview:

Duties:

• Represent banks, commercial finance companies, private debt funds, and other lenders.
• Structure, document, and close asset-based, real estate, healthcare, and general middle-market financing transactions.
• Handle UCC Article 9 perfection provisions and mortgage/title insurance issues.
• Assist in loan workouts and restructurings.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience in finance law.
• Admitted to practice as an attorney.
• Strong understanding of financing transactions and related legalities.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
