Litigation Attorney

San Antonio office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks litigation attorney with 5+ years of experience, preferably in a high volume, dynamic, insurance defense/commercial litigation practice. The candidate will do management of an active caseload throughout South Texas and the state. Manage to report to the client and insured, coordination with experts when appropriate, drafting and responding to discovery, preparing insured and other parties for depositions, taking depositions, preparation for an appearance at hearings, drafting of motions, and preparation and attendance at trial.

The candidate must have excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills. Must have a degree from an accredited law school.
