Antitrust Litigation Associate Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm specializing in antitrust litigation in San Diego, CA, is seeking an experienced Antitrust Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of antitrust law and solid legal research and writing abilities.

Job Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on antitrust issues and case law.
• Draft legal memoranda, pleadings, motions, and briefs related to antitrust litigation matters.
• Assist in all phases of litigation, including discovery, trial preparation, and appeals.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage and prioritize multiple cases and deadlines effectively.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of California in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing antitrust litigation, preferably in a law firm setting.
• Strong understanding of federal and state antitrust laws and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with complex litigation cases involving antitrust matters.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and databases.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently.
• Prior experience in preparing for and conducting depositions and hearings.

Certifications:

• Any relevant certifications or coursework in antitrust law or litigation (preferred).
