Job Overview: A law firm specializing in personal injury law seeks a motivated and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join their team in Minneapolis, MN. The ideal candidate will handle various personal injury cases from inception to resolution, employing strong litigation skills and client advocacy.

Duties:

• Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.
• Conduct and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
• Perform legal research, analyze issues, and prepare persuasive legal documents.
• Lead mediations and negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
• Develop case strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials and hearings.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience practicing personal injury or civil litigation.
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing with the Minnesota State Bar.
• Proven experience drafting and responding to motions.
• Strong knowledge of the Minnesota Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Minnesota State Bar.
