The ideal candidate will manage a variety of tasks including client consultations, insurance claim negotiations, case investigations, and preparing cases for potential litigation. Duties:

• Conduct initial client consultations and manage case intake.
• Organize and maintain case files.
• Investigate personal injury cases and assist clients in navigating insurance claims.
• Analyze medical records and manage client medical needs.
• Prepare and draft demand letters and settlement negotiations.
• Prepare cases for potential litigation, ensuring thorough documentation.
• Coordinate with insurance adjusters and clients on case updates.
• Manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining quality of service.
• Work collaboratively within a team, contributing to case strategy and development.
• Potential involvement in litigation tasks such as drafting complaints and discovery.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in personal injury law.
• Experience with plaintiff cases in personal injury law is required.
• Licensed to practice law in Florida and good standing.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively with clients and insurance carriers.
• Capable of managing a large caseload while maintaining attention to detail.
• A driven and proactive approach to handling personal injury cases.
• A sense of humor, strong personality, and a professional demeanor.
• Trial experience is a plus, though not required.
• Spanish or additional language skills are a plus.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Valid Bar license in the State of Florida.
