Associate Attorney needed for Los Angeles office

Duties:

• Handle business and probate litigation cases
• Assist with real estate and business transactions
• Collaborate with clients and senior attorneys on case strategy
• Manage litigation from inception to resolution
• Attend court hearings and client meetings
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Potential for leadership and advancement within the firm

Requirements:

• 5+ years of business and/or probate litigation experience
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work on both litigation and transactional matters
• Ability to thrive in a collegial team environment
• Must be a member of the California Bar

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active California State Bar license
