The successful candidate will manage litigation cases through all phases, from the initial complaint to trial. This role provides the flexibility to work remotely, in a hybrid setting, or in-office, depending on the candidate's preference. The ideal candidate should be driven, results-oriented, and demonstrate a passion for the practice of law.

Location:

Duties:

  • Lead and manage all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
  • Advocate passionately and demonstrate a commitment to producing high-quality legal work.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their legal needs and provide strategic counsel.
  • Maintain operational excellence by adhering to the highest standards of legal practice and efficiency.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of legal experience in litigation, with a proven track record of managing cases through to trial.
  • Active and valid license to practice law in Texas (TX Bar).
  • Exceptional analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active license to practice law in Texas (TX Bar).

Skills:

  • Strong litigation and trial experience.
  • High-level research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines.
