Job Overview:
A dynamic and fast-paced multi-state law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its team. The successful candidate will manage litigation cases through all phases, from the initial complaint to trial. This role provides the flexibility to work remotely, in a hybrid setting, or in-office, depending on the candidate's preference. Duties:

• Lead and manage all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Advocate passionately and demonstrate a commitment to producing high-quality legal work.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their legal needs and provide strategic counsel.
• Maintain operational excellence by adhering to the highest standards of legal practice and efficiency.
• Work independently and as part of a team to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of legal experience in litigation, with a proven track record of managing cases through to trial.
• Active and valid license to practice law in Texas (TX Bar).
• Exceptional analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in Texas (TX Bar).

Skills:

• Strong litigation and trial experience.
• High-level research and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines.
