Duties

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, with a preference for insurance defense experience.
• Must be licensed to practice law in Utah.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle depositions and motions independently.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent writing and communication abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the State of Utah.
