The ideal candidate should possess strong research and writing skills, demonstrate a commitment to providing premium client service, and have significant experience in Federal Court litigation.

Duties:

  • Handle a diverse range of litigation matters including Trust and estate litigation, Real estate litigation, Corporate litigation, and 1st Amendment litigation.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to cases.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
  • Manage client relationships and provide high-quality legal advice and representation.

Requirements:

  • 5-6 years of litigation experience working on complex matters.
  • Excellent academic record from a reputable law school.
  • Top-tier research and writing abilities.
  • Proven commitment to premium client service.
  • Significant experience with Federal Court litigation.
  • Familiarity with E-Discovery and review platforms such as Opus2 and Relativity preferred.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Florida State Bar (or ability to become admitted promptly).

Skills:

  • Strong legal research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
