The successful candidate will manage all aspects of real estate closings, offer legal guidance throughout the transaction process, and contribute to delivering outstanding client service. Duties:

• Oversee real estate closings from start to finish, including reviewing contracts, performing due diligence, and preparing necessary closing documents.
• Provide clear and concise legal advice and guidance to clients throughout their transactions.
• Effectively communicate with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other involved parties.
• Stay updated with local real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Resolve issues that may arise during the closing process, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in North Carolina.
• 3-5 years of experience in real estate law, with a particular focus on closings.
• Strong client service skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in North Carolina.
