Duties:

  • Conduct comprehensive global and domestic trademark clearance searches.
  • Handle trademark prosecution, counseling, and enforcement matters.
  • Represent clients in oppositions and cancellation actions before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
  • Manage UDRP proceedings and provide expertise in anticounterfeiting strategies.
  • Navigate U.S. Customs protocol related to trademark issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to address client needs effectively.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of relevant trademark experience.
  • Previous experience in a large law firm setting is preferred.
  • Strong academic credentials with a focus on intellectual property law.
  • Excellent writing skills with a demonstrated ability to produce high-quality legal documents.
  • Proven ability to manage a docket with multiple deadlines.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
