The candidate will manage bankruptcy and commercial litigation matters on behalf of creditors. Should be able to work independently in preparing pleadings required in the US Bankruptcy Court.

The candidate should have strong analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communications skills, and the ability to build a rapport with clients is required. Should be flexible in a fast-paced environment and be a collegial, team player with an understanding of the business interests of clients and the firm.
