Duties

• Handle and try multiple personal injury cases each year.
• Develop and execute litigation strategies in collaboration with the legal team.
• Work with management to optimize case outcomes by establishing procedures and standards.
• Participate in the training and development of junior staff.
• Assist in building and enhancing a high-performance litigation team.
• Draft, review, and manage pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.
• Lead client depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
• Manage trial preparation and trial dockets.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in personal injury litigation, with a proven track record of successful outcomes.
• Active membership in the Florida State Bar.
• In-depth knowledge of current trends and legal updates in personal injury law.
• Strong team-oriented mindset with a desire to contribute to team success.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the State of Florida.
