The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience and a keen interest in environmental civil and/or criminal litigation. The position offers hands-on experience in a growing practice that routinely handles cutting-edge legal issues for a diverse group of clients in California and across the country. Prior environmental experience is preferred.

Duties:

  • Assist in representing clients in environmental civil and criminal litigation cases.
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Participate in case strategy discussions and client meetings.
  • Prepare for and attend court hearings, depositions, and trials.
  • Advise clients on compliance with environmental laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and other legal staff on case management.
  • Stay updated on developments in environmental law and related fields.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in litigation, with a preference for environmental civil and/or criminal litigation.
  • Superior writing skills and strong academic credentials.
