Duties:

• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Conduct legal research and provide case analysis.
• Assist senior attorneys in case preparation, strategy, and client meetings.
• Manage case files and maintain accurate documentation.
• Handle client communications and provide regular case updates.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and legal inspections as required.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys, offering support on various matters.
• Contribute to the trial preparation and development of case strategies.

Requirements:

• Florida Bar License required.
• Experience in civil litigation preferred.
• Prior courtroom and trial experience is highly desirable.
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive in handling cases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest in trial work and litigation.
• Experience with medical or anatomical issues is a plus.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Florida Bar Certification (required).
