A leading law firm is seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney with over 2 years of experience to join its Toxic Tort and Products Liability Litigation team. Duties

• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis of statutes, regulations, court decisions, and legal opinions.

• Independently manage a litigation caseload from inception to resolution.

• Ensure compliance with case deadlines through proactive case management.

• Investigate legal matters to determine causes of action.

• Perform document review and analysis.

• Conduct depositions and attend court hearings across various jurisdictions.

Requirements

• Licensed and in good standing with the Illinois State Bar.

• Dual licensure in Missouri preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation, with preference for Toxic Tort cases.

• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.

• Deposition experience preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Illinois State Bar.

• Admission to the Missouri State Bar (preferred).
