Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm seeks a talented Litigation Associate Attorney to join its dynamic team. Duties

• Assist in the representation of clients in various litigation matters, including research, case strategy, and court appearances.

• Participate in trial preparation, including witness preparation and assembling trial materials.

• Stay current on relevant laws and regulations that impact litigation strategies.

Requirements

• 2 to 7 years of relevant litigation experience.
• Experience gained during clerkships will be considered valuable.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
