Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience practicing personal injury or civil litigation.
  • A strong track record of 1st chair jury trials.
  • Licensed and in good standing with the Wisconsin State Bar.
  • Deep knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence.
  • Proven experience in drafting and responding to legal motions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload from intake to verdict.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
