Duties:

• Engage in client communication and offer guidance throughout the legal process.
• Take and defend depositions, ensuring strong representation in discovery.
• Draft and respond to motions effectively and within legal timelines.
• Develop comprehensive case strategies to advance clients’ interests.
• Lead mediations and participate in negotiations to resolve cases.
• Conduct legal research and drafting for trial preparation.
• Represent clients in court, leading trials to achieve favorable outcomes.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience practicing personal injury or civil litigation.
• A strong track record of 1st chair jury trials.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Wisconsin State Bar.
• Deep knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence.
• Proven experience in drafting and responding to legal motions.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload from intake to verdict.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Wisconsin.

Certifications:

• Active Wisconsin State Bar membership.
