Corporate Transactional Attorney

A law firm seeks a dedicated Corporate Transactional Attorney to join its boutique M&A practice. Duties:

• Draft contracts and conduct legal due diligence for various transactions.
• Manage the closing process and negotiate terms with counterparties.

• Work alongside clients and other professionals to deliver strategic guidance and solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree and Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution.
• Active law license in Florida in good standing.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a transactional attorney.
• Highly motivated, independent, and capable of self-direction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Strategic and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to present information clearly and respond effectively to inquiries.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Florida Bar license in good standing.
