Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel and representation in various practice areas, including Trusts & Estates, Corporate & Tax, and more.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including trusts, wills, and estate plans.
  • Assist clients with business transactions, tax-related matters, and estate planning.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, hearings, and other legal proceedings.
  • Conduct legal research and provide well-informed legal advice.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members to address complex legal issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in laws and regulations relevant to the practice areas.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a licensed attorney.
  • Proven expertise in one or more of the following practice areas: Trusts & Estates, Corporate & Tax, or other related fields.
  • Admission to the Bar in at least one state, with the ability to practice in California.
  • Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload and meet deadlines.
  • Client-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex legal matters.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active Bar membership in at least one state.
  • Additional certifications in specific practice areas (e.g., Tax, Estate Planning) are a plus but not required.

Skills:

  • Expertise in one or more legal practice areas, such as Trusts & Estates, Corporate, or Tax Law.
  • Proficiency in legal research and document drafting.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and tasks simultaneously.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
