Duties:

• Collaborate with clients and senior attorneys to manage family law cases effectively.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, affidavits, contracts, and settlement agreements.
• Conduct legal research and prepare for hearings or legal proceedings under the supervision of senior attorneys.
• Advise clients on the most appropriate legal actions to take in family law disputes.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files for easy access by attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
• Assist in resolving client issues with a focus on creating favorable outcomes in legal matters.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Must be a licensed attorney in Florida and good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on family law preferred.
• Active membership with the Florida Bar and the American Bar Association (ABA).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• A strong work ethic, professionalism, and integrity are essential.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Florida Bar membership and licensure in good standing.
