Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis on complex antitrust issues.
  • Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Assist in preparing for depositions, hearings, and trials.
  • Analyze and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for clients.
  • Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients on antitrust matters.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on case strategy and client communication.
  • Manage discovery processes and document production.
  • Attend meetings, negotiations, and court proceedings as required.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Bar in Washington, DC.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing antitrust litigation at a law firm.
  • Strong understanding of antitrust laws, regulations, and procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with trial preparation and courtroom proceedings.
  • Familiarity with electronic discovery tools and document management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Previous experience in complex commercial litigation involving antitrust issues is a plus.

Certifications:

  • Certification or coursework in antitrust law or related fields is desirable.
