  • Communicate with federal agencies to expedite and facilitate case processing.
  • Research, write, and file briefs, motions, and other pleadings related to immigration law.
  • Draft immigration-related forms and documents.
  • Review case submissions and provide guidance to paralegals.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in any state or territory of the United States.

Skills:

  • Familiarity with immigration law and processes.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and document preparation skills.
  • Proficiency in client communication and managing client relationships.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior attorneys and paralegals.
