Duties

  • Oversee and manage real estate closings for both buyers and lenders
  • Draft and negotiate Purchase and Sale Agreements as well as other related closing documents

  • Collaborate with real estate agents, other attorneys, lenders, and clients to ensure a seamless closing process

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in residential real estate law
  • Proven ability to bring in business and work independently
  • Strong understanding of real estate transactions, including closings, contracts, and title issues
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Education

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Active membership in the Massachusetts Bar

Certifications

  • Massachusetts Bar License (required)
