Mid-level Finance Corporate Trust Associate

Job Overview:
A prestigious law firm is seeking a mid-level Associate to join its Finance & Banking Practice Group, specifically within the Corporate Trust Subgroup. This role provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative legal environment, handling structured finance transactions and representing trustees and/or collateral agents. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience with a strong preference for those with a background in structured finance.

Location:

Duties:

• Represent trustees and/or collateral agents in structured finance transactions.

• Provide legal counsel and support on various structured finance matters.

• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents.

• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure high-quality legal services.

• Maintain compliance with legal standards and regulations.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of legal experience, with a focus on structured finance preferred.

• Strong background in representing trustees and/or collateral agents.

• Ability to manage complex transactions efficiently.

• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.

• Strong commitment to providing exceptional client service.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Must be licensed and in good standing in the state of practice.

Skills:

• Expertise in structured finance and corporate trust matters.

• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
