Senior Private Equity Debt Finance Associate Attorney

A law firm in Boston is currently seeking a Senior Private Equity Debt Finance Associate Attorney with 5-8 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have specific experience representing private equity sponsors, banks, and private credit lenders in connection with term and revolving loan facilities for leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, and corporate growth. The role involves drafting and negotiating commitment papers, credit agreements, and collateral documents. Exceptional academic credentials, relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly), and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

Duties:

• Represent private equity sponsors, banks, and private credit lenders.
• Handle term and revolving loan facilities for leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, and corporate growth.
• Draft and negotiate commitment papers, credit agreements, and collateral documents.
• Provide legal expertise in Private Equity Debt Finance.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of legal experience.
• Outstanding academic credentials.
• Comparable law firm experience.
• Relevant Bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly).

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
