Duties

• Handle various litigation matters, including construction, contract disputes, personal injury, and premises liability cases

• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and memoranda

• Take and defend depositions

• Present oral arguments in court

• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on complex cases

• Assist in trial preparation and appellate matters

• Maintain and develop client relationships

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience

• Experience in construction, contract disputes, personal injury, or premises liability litigation

• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to case management

• Trial and appellate experience preferred

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Washington

Skills

• Excellent legal research and writing abilities

• Strong oral advocacy and courtroom presentation skills
