Duties

• Handle trademark prosecution, including responding to office actions and managing filings.
• Conduct and analyze trademark clearance searches for domestic and foreign filings.
• Manage U.S. and foreign trademark oppositions and cancellations.
• Provide strategic counsel on trademark enforcement and protection.
• Draft and negotiate license agreements, settlement agreements, and related documents.
• Collaborate with clients on developing and maintaining intellectual property portfolios.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in trademark law, including prosecution, agreements, and enforcement.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a law firm setting.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Membership in good standing with a State Bar, preferably California.
