Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of complex litigation matters, including high-stakes civil trials.
• Develop and implement effective litigation strategies and manage case files from inception through trial.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case development and strategy.
• Draft and review complex legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and trials, effectively presenting evidence and arguments.
• Collaborate with clients, experts, and attorneys to build and present compelling cases.
• Provide legal counsel and advise clients on complex legal issues and strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and case law affecting clients’ interests.
• Manage and mentor junior associates and support staff as needed.
• Participate in business development efforts and contribute to the firm's growth.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law and in good standing in New York.
• Experience in complex litigation and civil trials.
• Demonstrated experience with white-collar crime matters is highly desirable.
• Exceptional academic credentials and previous law firm experience required.
• Proven track record of successful case management and trial experience.

Education:

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Strong academic record with a focus on litigation or related areas.

Certifications:

• Admission to practice law in New York State.
