Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in trademark and copyright matters, including litigation, prosecution, and licensing.
• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Must be licensed to practice law in Washington, DC.
• Strong academic record with a demonstrated ability to handle complex legal issues.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Preferred: Technical or scientific background.

Education:
