Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction defect defense litigation and/or commercial litigation.
• Strong background in preparing case documents and managing discovery.
• Proven ability to handle hearings and depositions with limited oversight.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree with excellent academic credentials.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Florida and in good standing.
