Requirements:

  • Active status with the Nebraska State Bar.
  • Proficiency in Nebraska law, particularly in family law, estate planning, and probate.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to work independently and under pressure.
  • High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in legal filings and managing complex cases.
  • Direct, straightforward communication style with a focus on efficiency.

Education and Certifications:
