Duties:

  • Prepare and review title opinions for oil and gas development projects.
  • Conduct thorough title examinations and research to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues to provide strategic legal advice on oil and gas matters.
  • Draft and negotiate contracts and agreements related to oil and gas transactions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in North Dakota oil and gas title examination.

  • A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
