Litigation Associate Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm in New York City seeks a dynamic and motivated Litigation Associate Attorney with 2-4 years of relevant legal experience. Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on a variety of complex litigation matters.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and appellate briefs.
• Manage and organize case files and documents.
• Assist in deposition preparation and attend depositions as needed.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York State Bar.
• 2-4 years of experience in commercial litigation, preferably in both state and federal courts in New York.
• Strong academic credentials.
