Litigation Attorney

Job Overview:
A dynamic and rapidly growing personal injury and property damage law firm is seeking a motivated and passionate Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join their Indianapolis, Indiana team. The attorney will be responsible for managing cases, demonstrating compassion to clients, and ensuring they receive top-tier legal representation. This role involves case preparation, trial representation when necessary, and effective communication with clients and insurance companies.

Location:

• Indianapolis, IN

Duties:

• Meet with clients to discuss their cases, showing empathy and earning their trust.
• Provide updates to clients and communicate with insurance companies regarding claims, demands, and offers.
• Prepare cases for trial and represent clients in court when necessary.
• Evaluate personal injury and property damage claims.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
• Work independently while also contributing to a team-oriented environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of litigation experience, with 1st chair trial experience.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Member of the Indiana Bar in good standing.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Expertise in evaluating personal injury claims.
• Superb negotiation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership with the Indiana Bar (in good standing).
