Location:

Duties:

  • Advise clients on healthcare-specific transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, asset and equity acquisitions, venture capital, private equity investments, and joint ventures
  • Assist with corporate organizational workflows, including formations, capital raises, operational strategies, and contract negotiations
  • Collaborate with partners to guide clients in achieving their business goals
  • Provide critical insights on healthcare regulations and laws that apply to corporate transactions
  • Mentor junior associates and assist in their professional development
  • Take ownership of projects and communicate directly with clients and third-party advisors

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions and/or private equity in healthcare
  • Ability to handle complex transactional matters and work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong oral and written communication, research, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage client relationships and provide strategic advice
  • Candidates must be admitted to the bar in the state where they are applying
  • Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Admission to the state bar where the position is located

Skills:
