Duties

• Coordinate with medical experts, forensic professionals, and opposing counsel as necessary.
• Actively participate in strategy meetings and case reviews, offering insight and feedback.
• Conduct and defend depositions effectively.
• Interview and evaluate expert witnesses for case support.
• Uphold strict confidentiality and the integrity of the attorney-client relationship.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5-15 years of litigation experience, specifically in personal injury law.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume caseloads with precision and efficiency.
• Strong advocacy skills with a focus on client-centered representation.
• Proficiency in legal research and discovery processes.
• Experience with depositions and collaborating with forensic experts.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
