Associate Attorney needed for Philadelphia office

A law firm in Philadelphia, PA is seeking an Associate Attorney to represent clients in court and before government agencies. This role involves preparing and drafting legal documents, advising clients on legal strategies, negotiating settlements, and ensuring compliance with legal standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in trucking transportation, general insurance defense, or condo association litigation, with a strong ability to build client rapport and communicate effectively.

Duties:

• Represent clients in court or before government agencies.
• Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients.
• Advise clients on legal strategy and options.
• Negotiate settlements for legal disputes.
• Conduct initial investigations into cases.
• Prepare detailed and consistent reporting for clients on case developments.
• Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in trucking transportation, general insurance defense, or condo association litigation.
• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
