Duties:

  • Regularly communicate with clients, opposing counsel, insurance carriers, and the court.
  • Assist in Child Victims Act litigation, as needed.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and provide case updates and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in plaintiff's personal injury litigation.
  • Proficiency in drafting legal documents, conducting depositions, and reviewing medical records.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Courtroom experience preferred but not mandatory.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Must be admitted to the New York State Bar.
