  • Prepare for and attend court hearings, depositions, and trials.
  • Conduct legal research and analyze case law, statutes, and regulations.
  • Assist senior attorneys in case strategy development and trial preparation.
  • Manage case files, timelines, and client communications to ensure timely and efficient case handling.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop effective legal strategies for clients.

Requirements:

  • Litigation experience, preferably in civil litigation.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Education & Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the North Carolina State Bar or eligibility to obtain membership.

Certifications:

  • North Carolina Bar Admission (Required).

  • Strong legal research and writing abilities.
  • Excellent courtroom and trial advocacy skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage litigation matters from inception through resolution.
