A law firm seeks a motivated Associate Attorney to join its team in Tyngsboro, MA. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in one or more of the firm's primary practice areas, including litigation, business, real estate, and municipal law. The successful applicant will thrive in a collaborative environment and will have the opportunity to take on significant responsibilities in a hands-on role.

Duties:

  • Handle various legal matters in litigation, business, real estate, and municipal law.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and agreements.
  • Represent clients in court hearings and negotiations.
  • Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with clients and colleagues to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Manage case files and maintain effective communication with all parties involved.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Massachusetts Bar is preferred; New Hampshire Bar admission is a plus.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in general practice or relevant areas of law.
  • Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Must be able to commute to the Tyngsboro office.

Education:

  • JD from an accredited institution.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts (and New Hampshire preferred).

Skills:
