The role involves overseeing all aspects of the pre-litigation process, ensuring high-quality case management, and providing strategic guidance to the legal team.

Duties:

  • Leadership & Oversight: Manage intake procedures, coordinate case management teams, and ensure the timely handling of medical treatment processes.
  • Client Interaction: Act as the primary contact for Spanish and English-speaking clients, ensuring they receive clear communication and top-notch service.
  • Strategic Case Management: Monitor and develop case strategies, track statutes of limitations, and provide guidance to team members for effective case progress.
  • Demand Writing Oversight: Review and approve demand letters for accuracy, quality, and timeliness.
  • Team Support: Serve as a resource for the pre-litigation team, offering legal insights and assisting in resolving complex issues.
  • Reporting: Provide regular case updates, and performance insights, and identify potential concerns for attention to the managing attorney.

Requirements:

  • Active California Bar License.
  • Fluent in Spanish.
  • 2-3 years of experience in personal injury law, with a preference for the pre-litigation experience.
  • Proven leadership ability with the strong delegation and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage client expectations effectively.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
