Location

• Cherry Hill, New Jersey

Duties

• Manage a caseload involving commercial litigation and creditors’ rights

• Conduct and respond to discovery

• Draft and argue motions and legal briefs

• Handle court appearances, trials, and hearings

• Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel

• Perform legal research and client communications

• Represent clients in civil litigation and bankruptcy matters

• Travel throughout New Jersey for court and client meetings as needed

Requirements

• 2–7 years of litigation experience

• Admitted and in good standing with the New Jersey Bar

• Pennsylvania Bar admission strongly preferred

• Experience in commercial litigation required

• Construction and/or bankruptcy litigation experience preferred

• Ability to work independently while managing deadlines and case demands

• Must be comfortable handling a high volume caseload

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey

• Pennsylvania license is a plus
