Job Title: Entry-Level Litigation Attorney (Remote)

Duties:

• Draft legal documents including letters, memos, motions, orders, and pleadings.
• Assist the lead attorney in preparing for hearings and other court proceedings.
• Manage case files, ensuring all case management deadlines are met efficiently.
• Collaborate with paralegals and legal support staff to coordinate discovery efforts.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research across various topics related to ongoing cases.

Requirements:

• 0-5 years of legal experience, preferably in litigation.
• Strong legal research and writing skills, demonstrated by high marks in related coursework.
• Exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and motivation to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Adobe, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience with Clio case management software is a plus.
• Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free home office.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Graduation in the top 25% of the law school class or at least cum laude distinction.

Certifications:

• Active and valid Bar license.
