Duties:

• Prepare and file legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses

• Represent clients in various legal forums including hearings, trials, depositions, and mediations

• Oversee billing review processes and ensure timely payment follow-ups on client accounts

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years in active legal practice

• At least 3 years of litigation experience

• At least 3 years of experience in mortgage foreclosure or related litigation

• Prior experience handling evidentiary hearings or trials with witness testimony is preferred

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership with the Florida Bar

• Admission to Federal District Court in Florida is considered an asset

Skills:

• Strong litigation acumen and ability to develop case strategies

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Adept in legal research, case analysis, and court procedures
