Duties

• Manage a caseload of Workers' Compensation cases, driving them toward resolution.
• Conduct depositions and legal research.
• Negotiate settlements with opposing parties and counsel.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to support staff, including paralegals.
• Ensure client communications are clear, timely, and effective.
• Contribute to a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and leadership.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Workers' Compensation law.
• Must be a member in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• California State Bar License.
